GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT - 

By accepting our terms and conditions, you certify that you are a legitimate retail business, which is required to be eligible for wholesale purchases. Sales are only allowed at the retail establishment you listed. Online and website sales, in addition to secondary stores, require prior written clearance.
